Andreea
Physiotherapist
Andreea qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2015 at the University of Physical Education and Mountain Sports in Brasov, Romania. From the outset Andreea was totally committed to her field carrying out extensive voluntary work alongside her studies. Her hands-on experience in various clinics provided her with a comprehensive understanding of diverse patient needs and the specialized approaches required for both adults and children.
Motivated by her work with adults suffering from neurological conditions, Andreea observed that early intervention could significantly improve management of spine deformities and limb contractures. This insight led her to specialize in paediatrics, aiming to make the most profound impact on her patients’ lives from childhood through to adulthood. She has a special interest in orthotic management and quality, spine deformities and neuromuscular management.
Andreea prioritizes establishing a connection with the child and their family during initial sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Her keen observation skills allow her to understand each child’s preferences and communication style, even if non-verbal, enabling her to customize therapy to each individual’s needs.
